As a resident and customer of Moulton Niguel since 1988, my commitment as a Director at Moulton Niguel Water District is based on decades of respect for the high quality of life and health that we have achieved thus far, with a continued goal of preserving and enhancing our communities.
Currently serving as a Director of the Moulton Niguel Water District, I am fortunate to work with a diverse group of professionals who take great pride in providing safe, clean reliable water and excellent customer service. As Directors, we take our relationships with customers seriously, and actively participate in developing and implementing education programs in the community.
Based on the strength of my professional background, interest in local water and infrastructure issues, and long-term community service and leadership in the District, I was appointed unanimously by my colleagues on January 14th, 2021, to a vacant seat on the Board of Directors.
Earned B.A. degree in English from Villanova University. Graduated cum laude and served as Class Valedictorian. Achieved Juris Doctorate degree from Villanova Charles Gould School of Law in 1988.
